EICR Cost exists because getting an electrical safety certificate should not be the hardest part of letting a property. Landlords told us the same three things every time: they could not get a straight price, they could not get a straight answer, and they could not get a date that worked around a tenant.

The figure we quote is the figure you pay for the inspection. No call-out fee, no fuel surcharge, no discovering on the day that your property is somehow a special case.
Competence, evidenced
The regulations put the responsibility on you to use a competent person. Every inspection is carried out by a qualified electrician working to BS 7671, so that duty is genuinely covered.
Plain English, always
A report full of codes is not much use on its own. We tell you what was found, whether it affects your result, what has to be done, and by when.
Tenants are people
We book around the tenant, arrive when we said we would, and keep the visit short. It protects your relationship with them, and it gets us access first time.

We work under the Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020. Requirements differ in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and nothing here is legal advice.
